Once your online registration or Demat setup is approved by Asian Securities, you will receive an automated welcome email containing your Client ID and a temporary password link.

• First-time Login: Visit tms26.nepalstock.com.np and use the initial link to set your new password and 2FA/pin.
• Forgot Password / Account Locked: Click the "Forgot Password" link on the TMS login screen. If your account is locked due to incorrect attempts, contact our support desk via WhatsApp/Viber for instant unlocking.

You can load collateral online 24/7 directly through ConnectIPS or mobile banking inside your TMS portal:

1. Log in to TMS and navigate to Collateral Management > Load Collateral.
2. Choose ConnectIPS, Wallets or your linked bank and enter the amount.

Trading Limit: The trading limit is provided by the broker after evaluating the client's collateral, transaction history, and overall relationship with the company. The approved limit is subject to mutual consent and the broker's risk management policy.

You can request an unutilized collateral refund directly from your TMS panel under Collateral Management > Refund Collateral.

Note: Collateral can only be refunded if you have no active open buy/sell orders or pending settlement liabilities. Approved refunds are credited back to your bank account via ConnectIPS within 1 working day.

NEPSE operates on a strict T+2 settlement timeline (Trading day + 2 working days):

• When buying shares: You must clear your payment dues on or before T+1 so shares can be transferred to your Demat account by T+2.
• When selling shares: You must complete your share transfer via EDIS on MeroShare before 7:00 PM on the day after trading (T+1). Your sales payout will be transferred to your bank account on T+2.

If you sell shares but fail to complete EDIS transfer on MeroShare within the T+1 deadline, it results in a Closeout.

Under SEBON regulations, a closeout incurs an automatic 20% penalty on the total value of the un-transferred shares. Always ensure your shares are free from pledges and available in your Demat prior to executing a sell order.
